The Towernwindpark is located in central Austria in the mountains of Nieder Tauern and 1900 m above the sea level. The Towernwindpark is the highst located wind farm in the world.

Energy costs
The energy costs are very depended on the interest rate. The interests rates for wind parks are often around 7 % and in this case the energy costs for an average year regarding the full load hours are 7,6 € ct/kWh. Fourther details are shown in graph 2.
